NKBA – BUILDING MEMBERSHIP/STRATEGIC PLANNING
Challenge:
• Build Trade Association membership which was previously declining
• Improve volunteer board/directors strategic planning process
Solution:
• Developed and implemented new branding platform and promotion for membership program executed at K/BIS trade show (the largest Kitchen & Bath Industry Trade Show in the world)
• Created innovative annual planning process to meet unique trade association needs for the 150 volunteer board/director members
Results:
• Membership Program: Implemented K/BIS 360* activation program with multiple touchpoints reaching all K/BIS visitors with high frequency/impressions yielding an 85% increase in new memberships
• Planning Process: Developed ladder structured strategic planning appropriate for trade association resulting in most effective and actionable go forward strategic programs in the associations’ history
