Challenge:
• Highly profitable proprietary brand’s product material formulation nearing patent expiration
• Brand never developed beyond product material name/description
Solution:
• Create a distinctive brand position (and accompanying materials/programs) to maintain multi-channel distribution
• Work within tight investment parameters to promote brand to both trade and consumer across all distribution channels
Results:
• Directed complete re-branding program for Triton brand to maximize distribution and support product leadership role in category. Program comprised of new positioning and visual identity, updated website and messaging
• Developed impactful trade presentations for in-person key account meetings and trade show activations
• Launched social media and email marketing campaigns to drive traffic to local B&M retailer and brand websites achieving open rates well above category standards
• Maintained full distribution for the brand
